When will my order be delivered?
Depending upon the product you ordered and the city you are in we will usually deliver the product from a minimum of 2 to maximum of 7 working days from the time of order confirmation.
How can I track my package?
You can track your package by clicking the "Track My Order" button on the email you received after the order is shipped.
I have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email
To find details about your order, click on the "Account" page. Here you can find your past orders with your order id. If you don't find your order here, please write to us at support@bluespecttica.com with your registered email ID
How can I return my order?
If you have received a defective product or a different colour from what you have ordered then we would be happy to get it back from you and send you a new one. Please write to us the reason for return with a photographic proof and we will get back to you once the return is accepted.
But please note that we do not provide exchange or if you don't like the colour we cannot accept the return.
